We ship using Canada Post. We try to ship orders the working day after we receive them. In Quebec you can expect delivery within one or two days. For the rest of Canada it's not usually more than a week. Your tracking number will automatically be emailed to you. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that due to the nature of wood, we cannot guarantee that the object you receive will perfectly resemble those in the images on our website. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will exchange it, however you will be responsible for the associated shipping costs. For all returns and exchanges, the object must be in mint condition. If your purchase arrives damaged in any way please contact us imediately.
